Kids love playing sports and the benefits to their health and wellness are significant. We offer many options, there is something for everyone!
Baseball

Basketball

Football
The Hoffman Estates Redhawks are run by the Hoffman Estates Athletic Association, an independent organization that offers football for youth in Hoffman Estates.
Golf
This junior program is designed to help young golfers establish and develop strong game fundamentals. Practice sessions focus on woods, irons and short game.
Gymnastics
From beginners to advanced. From parent-tot to teens! You will love our gymnastics programs. Focus is on balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. Ran by Tumbling Times.
Figure Skating
We follow the United Skates Figure Skating Learn to Skate USA curriculum. Learn what skaters will learn in each class and specific level course by reviewing these handouts. Skate rental is provided (if needed) and is included in the class fee. Helmets are not provided, but highly recommended.
Hockey
Prior to participating in hockey development programs and leagues, players must complete Snowplow Sam, Hockey Tot, or Beginner Development. Ice skating programs are offered year-round and students can begin classes at any time.
Martial Arts
Teaches physical fitness, mental discipline and self-confidence. Try Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Pre Karate, and Parent/Child Karate.

Soccer
HEParks offers soccer options the beginner, intermediate and elite players. Your child will learn sportsmanship, teamwork, and the proper skills of the game.

Learn the fundamentals involved with improving flexibility, proper stretching, body positioning, developing core-strength, improving balance, cool-down techniques and other fitness components.
