Indoor Rentals at Willow Recreation Center
To rent space at Willow Recreation Center, take the following steps:
- Complete the application below, including room, date and day requesting.
- Return the application to the Willow Recreation Center service desk.
- Rental fee (+ additional security deposit if applicable) is due at time of application
Facility Room Rental Information and Room Use Permit Forms are available above and at the front desk of each facility. Please allow ten business days to process requests.
* Additional Fees: $25/hour for after hour rentals
With a variety of room sizes to accommodate your gathering, HEParks has the perfect indoor space for your next gathering.
Features: tables and chairs, set-up and take-down.
Alcohol: prohibited.

Choose a room set up based on the following layouts:
Large Meeting Room, up to 40 people — $55 / $60 per hour
Dance Room, up to 15 people — $40 / $45 per hour. No food permitted.
Mini Gymnasium, up to 100 people — $75 / $80 per hour.
Full Gymnasium, up to 200 people — $85 / $95 per hour. No food permitted.
Racquetball Court (used as a meeting room), up to 12 people – $25 / $30 per hour.
