Ascension will be offering FREE flu vaccines at two Hoffman Estates Park District facilities.

-October 5 – The club at Prairie Stone. 9am-12pm

-October 10 – Triphahn Center, 10am – 12pm

These vaccines are offered to adults 18+ years old. While supplies last.
