7/24 HEParks’ Twirling Twisters to Compete on World Stage in Italy

Hoffman Estates, IL – The Twirling Twisters Baton Corps, a celebrated youth baton twirling team from the Hoffman Estates Park District (HEParks), is gearing up to represent the United States on the world stage next summer. Following a series of remarkable achievements, including their recent victory at the National Baton Twirling Championships, the Twirling Twisters have qualified for the World Team Competition set to take place in Torino, Italy, in 2025.
Under the expert guidance of Stephanie Felber, a dedicated volunteer with HEParks since 1994, the Twirling Twisters have become a powerhouse in the baton twirling community. Stephanie’s leadership has been instrumental in the team’s success, driving them to state championships in both 2019 and 2024, and now to international recognition. Her commitment to fostering discipline, self-confidence, and teamwork among her students has left a lasting impact on the Hoffman Estates community.
The Twirling Twisters’ journey to the World Team Competition began with their outstanding performances at the Midwest Regionals, where they clinched state championships in three categories. Their triumph continued at the National Baton Twirling Championships, where they secured their place on Team USA for the upcoming World competition.
