3rd Annual Scarecrow Festival

Enter the Scarecrow Contest!

On Saturday, September 25th from Noon – 3:00PM, the Hoffman Estates Park District will host its third annual Scarecrow Festival at Vogelei Park, 650 West Higgins Road. This event will be held in conjunction with Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play.
